1960s: Shifting Silhouettes
The 1960s saw shorter shoulder length veils. Three quarter sleeves and structured fabrics like crinoline became the rend of the decade. The mini skirt began to appear in the later half of the decade and fashionable women like Audrey Hepburn in 1969.
